Instructions

  • Pre-heat your oven to 450 degree.
  • Grease the pan, put your salmon skin down on the pan, and season your salmon with salt, black pepper and bullion cube
  • Slice your peppers and onions while the oven heats up. When it’s up to 450 degrees, put in your salmon
  • In a non-stick skillet put in 2 tablespoons of EVOO. Sauté the sliced peppers for 3-5 minutes and bask in olive oil (this will serve as your sauce) season with salt and pepper
  • Bake the Salmon for 15-20 minutes
  • Serve with bread and a slice of lemon (squeeze over fish). Best enjoyed with a glass of white or for a tart flavor, use fresh 100% grapefruit juice.
