Instructions

  • First season steak with bouillon cube, salt and curry and let sit.. The longer the juicer.
  • Grease pan with butter lightly and make sure it’s hot and then pan sear steak on each side for about 8 mins or depending on how juicy you want it. (Don’t worry about it being rare. You will still be cooking it again for another 3-5 minutes. So let it be tender on the first pan sear. This will be a good time to cook your cous cous, quinoa or rice
  • While steak is searing, cut up the Portobello mushrooms, (long cuts) onions, tomatoes. Take out meat, deglaze the entire flavor with red wine at least 1/4 to half a bottle of red wine. Let it evaporate for about 4-5 mins and then add diced mushrooms, onions and tomato. Let it cook on low heat for 5 mins
  • While wine and vegetables are simmering, slice up your meat (long side) then add to the above mix. Check on your side dish no longer than 20-25 minutes. Cook for another 3 minutes (stir and mix) DONE!
  • Taste for flavor. Best served with Cous Cous, Quinoa, potatoes or sweet potatoes. Garnish with green onions or cilantro
